Samsung Advanced Level Partner
Opal are fully accredited to Samsung Advanced Level. This is only awarded to Partners who have successfully demonstrated a high degree of expertise, competency and commitment in selling, installing, commissioning and supporting the OfficeServ range of IP-PBX solutions.
Partners need to ensure that their staff have successfully passed all the necessary training courses, both sales and technical and can demonstrate to Samsung an ongoing commitment to deliver the highest level of customer service. This commitment includes investing in the necessary spares and tools to be able to support the OfficeServ portfolio.
