We have discovered a setting inside the Eudora email client which can cause difficulty when collecting email from our POP3 server.
The setting is shown as 'Overlap POP3 commands for better performance' and when ticked can cause emails to be unknowingly stored on our server and cause problems collecting in the future.
The remedy is to untick this setting and collect again.
